Internal mobility at GL events is built on the diversity of the Group’s professions and its commitment to supporting employees throughout their career journeys. With more than 200 professions, GL events offers a wide range of opportunities, supported by targeted training programmes, guidance from managers and mentoring initiatives such as Ment’her Ship. Each career path is shaped by individual skills, aspirations and available opportunities.
Careers in motion
Opportunities arise as new projects take shape. Whether in France or internationally, you can change environments, even professions, and take on new responsibilities. Mobility is not an end in itself but an opportunity, driven by the needs in the field in a fast-evolving sector. Agility, commitment and curiosity are all the qualities you need to seize these opportunities. Each mission can act as a springboard for your career, a chance to develop your skills, broaden your horizons and build a path that reflects your personality.

Grow with GL events !
Helping our employees build a long-term career path is part of our vision. Internal mobility, changing jobs or geographical location: there are many opportunities to progress and reinvent yourself within the Group.
Here, learning is part of everyday life. Targeted training courses - accessible and closely aligned with realities in the field – languages, management, business tools, certifications – in order to develop your skills on an ongoing basis.
At every stage, you receive support to help you develop your career path in line with your ambitions.
Our in-house programmes
Our internal programs are designed to support each employee in their growth, reveal talent, and strengthen connections between teams. They reflect our commitment to taking concrete action for everyone’s development : whether it’s gaining better self-awareness, progressing in one’s role, or exploring new opportunities within the Group, these programs provide a clear, structured, and accessible framework for all.
Ment’her Ship is an in-house mentoring scheme aimed at providing female employees with career-development support. The scheme involves setting up two-person teams (both women) – made up of an experienced mentor and a mentee – in order to provide guidance and support, building trust through dialogue, listening and sharing experiences.
This programme is an effective career-development tool, enabling participants to reinforce their skills, gain confidence and open up the route to new opportunities. By passing on knowledge and helping mentees to expand their networks, the programme actively supports career development and helps advance professional gender equality within the Group.
What the programme offers
Why it matters :
At GL events, we believe in equal opportunities and in the benefits of diversity in career development.
Ment'her Ship reflects this philosophy : supporting talented women, removing obstacles to career development and contributing to
a more inclusive and representative professional environment. The programme actively helps to open up new opportunities,
build confidence and facilitate access to positions with greater responsibilities.
