They act as genuine technical partners in the field, managing stocks, preparing equipment and planning complex logistics shipments, often to remote or atypical sites in France and abroad. Our Operations and Logistics staff ensure the safety and quality of the installations we deliver. To achieve this, they must constantly draw on their agility and creativity to coordinate the assembly and dismantling of event structures and overlays - sometimes on a monumental scale - in record times.
Production and Logistics Manager
The Production and Logistics Manager oversees production processes as well as the incoming and outgoing shipments of parts required for manufacturing operations. He/she ensures that all operations run smoothly, in compliance with safety, quality, cost and deadline requirements. He/she schedules the production operations, monitors the performance indicators and manages the teams. Liaising with the Design Office, Procurement and QHSE departments, he/she contributes to continuous improvement and production performance.
