Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) defines the way in which GL events can develop its business in a responsible and sustainable manner. Staff working in this area ensure that our environmental, social and ethical objectives are firmly incorporated in our long-term strategy, so that business development and social responsibility remain intertwined. Based on clear objectives and measurable actions, the CSR teams reinforce our positive impact and help to create sustainable value for our employees, the regions in which we operate and the planet.
Our CSR experts have a direct influence on the structure of all our activities. Above and beyond providing a frame of reference, they embody our ambition to build a company that generates positive impacts at every level.
Our experts bring this vision to life by incorporating sustainable development into all our operations, focusing on three key areas : protecting the planet, respecting people and engaging with local communities. This translates into tangible programmes aimed at reducing our carbon footprint, protecting biodiversity, developing the circular economy, promoting health, safety and diversity, underpinning our commitment to ethical practices and actively supporting local ecosystems.
Our professionals support the environmental and social transition by designing ambitious initiatives, measuring their actual impact and helping all the Group's entities move towards ever more responsible practices. More than just a policy, CSR embodies the mindset that guides our path forward.
